The 31-year-old is currently fighting to stay alive as she battles cancer, which she was diagnosed with in 2021. As Janice’s days on Earth dwindle, she’s decided to give one last push to ensure her son feels her love and support long after she’s gone.

Janice released a new song, “Dance You Outta My Head,” which she wrote in hospice care and asked her followers to support her and her son, Loren, by streaming the song, pledging all proceeds would go to him.

"Everyone knows that I've been battling cancer for a while and I wanted to put this song out, and just go stream it. I hope you like it,” she said. “I don't know if I'm going to be around even when the song comes out, so let's just put it out. And I did.”

Social media users more than delivered as Cat learned on January 23 that the song was charting on iTunes.

"I was sitting there in the middle of the night looking at my phone — what the heck is going on here?" she recalls after checking her phone one night after being woken up by one of her monitors beeping. "I started yelling and my parents came down, they were like, what is going on?"

Check out the song below and be sure to continue streaming in support of Janice and her son, Loren.
