After discussing 30 years of Backstreet Boys, revealing how the band got formed, Howie and Lance got into how both boy bands gained major success in Germany before making it in the US.

“We used to call America no-fan land,” Howie admitted, noting how they used to leave fan-crowded German airports to land in Orlando to crickets.

Despite wanting to having success back at home, at one point he was ready to accept and actually be very much okay with that fact that his music career success remained overseas. Recalling noting that “if this is what it is and we never have success in our home, I was like, this is a great gig.”

The conversation continued in Part 2, during which Lance asked Howie how BSB has managed to maintain communication throughout their career, an admitted “downfall” to what ultimately ended NSYNC.

Lance also praised Howie for his Real Estate prowess, they got into some fan questions, and you might want to sit down for this one, the two talked of a BSB & NSYNC collaboration!

When proposed with a fan question asking if BSB would consider doing another Vegas residency, Howie revealed, “I think everything we’d consider, I think at this point, y’know we used to joke, we’ll do a Bar Mitzvah, just call our agents, drop by a birthday party… I think now at this point… I think anything's on the table.”

“We even talked about with you guys, y’know maybe something down the line together.” Ummm… say what?

“Whatever makes sense, I think now is the timing where the fans are especially even more so open and embracing. Like how we talked about in the earlier years, I think we would have probably caused some major fan craziness going on if they saw us somehow trying to work together. But I think now more than ever the fans are just like ‘we just want to see them, we’ve gone past the teen years of having to pick one or the other.’”

“It’s like let’s embrace it," Howie continued, noting “we had a great experience with New Kids On The Block doing our tour together with them… and now at this point its almost like kinda getting fun to create something different that’s almost like a shocker.”
