Joe Zeff was born and raised in Greenfield. He has had quite the career. Worked for the New York Times and Time magazine.
He then opened up his own design shop where he works with the biggest companies in the world and has designed some of the biggest album covers in the last 10 years like Jay Z's Watch the Throne cover.
Well, he decided to launch the Pittsburgh Test.
