With everything that's been thrown at us in 2020, it's really no surprise if you're feeling more stress than usual.

What you might not know is that there is an easy, healthy way to relieve it, and it'll have other positive effects!


Just exercise for at least 30 minutesk, 4-5 times a week.  The physical activity releases serotonin and dopamine and improves mood.

The other postive effect, of course, is it will keep you healthy!

And it doesn't have to be a major workout, we're talking a leisurely walk multiple times a week as a way to improve your state of mind.
