Many of us are still working from home.  But studies show that the extra time we have has not translated to more time exercising.

Not really a surprise though, right?  But there is one thing you can start today that is super simple and can help you lose weight!


Just STAND UP!  Seriously, stand up for 1 minute every hour.  Study participants that stoood up for one minute an hour every day had waistlines that were nearly 2 inches smaller than those who sat most of the day!  

That's a workout routine I can embrace!  I'm setting the alarm in my phone for each hour right now.
