AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- One new death has been confirmed in Travis County due to COVID-19, bringing the total number to 18 as of Thursday evening.
The county also pushed above the one thousand mark in confirmed cases, with 52 new cases reported Thursday for a total of 1,029.
201 of the 1,029 cases have recovered, officials said.
