(Talk1370.com) -- Another Pacific cold front moving through the area early Wednesday is expected to bring a chance for potentially strong, even severe thunderstorms to the area.

The Storm Prediction Center has placed the I-35 corridor and points west under a slight risk for severe storms - the second of five levels of severe risk.

If thunderstorms are able to fire up as the front moves through, the biggest threats will be strong wind gusts over 60mph and large hail up to 1" in diameter. The risk for tornadoes and flooding is very minimal.
