It'll take awhile to figure out the cause of a church fire in east Fort Worth last night.
It was just past 9 p.m. when the fire department pulled up and found the fire already through the roof.
Fort Worth Firefighter Mike Drivdahl says the fire did heavy damage to the Newborn Pentecostal Apostolic Faith Church on Calumet Street.
That's less than three miles from a church that burned down Sunday morning.
Despite two church fires in two days so close together, it's impossible to say if either one looks suspicious until more investigation is completed.
Last night's fire was about the time the thunderstorms were coming through Fort Worth so it's possible it was ignited by lightning but it's too soon to confirm that.
