The Dallas Police Department has released security footage after a woman fired shots at Dallas Love Field Airport on Monday morning.

The suspect, 37-year-old Portia Odufuwa, is said to have headed straight to the restroom after being dropped off by an Uber driver. She then walked to the Southwest Airlines ticketing area now wearing a black hoodie with the hood up and her hands in her pocket.

In the footage, she can then be seen rambling, reportedly about marriage and incarceration, before threatening to blow the airport up. She then drew a handgun and fired multiple rounds into the ceiling.

Dallas Police Officer Ronald Cronin told Odufuwa to drop her weapon. Shortly after, Odufuwa pointed her weapon at Officer Cronin and an innocent bystander at which point the officer took cover and shot the suspect.

After being treated by officers and Dallas Fire-Rescue for her injuries, Odufuwa was taken into custody.

Officers later found that Odufuwa has fired four shots, meaning she had fired at Officer Cronin.

Odufuwa, who has been previously arrested for arson, bank robbery, and numerous misdemeanors, is currently being held without bond at the Dallas County Jail charged with aggravated assault against a public servant.

An investigation is ongoing as it pertains to any motives, and what she did leading up to the shooting.
