Some game wardens were out patrolling an area near Lake Waco in McLennan County, Texas earlier this month when an aggressive driver cut them off, and began driving on the wrong side of the road.
Upon pulling him over, the man had trouble understanding exactly what the game wardens were saying, so he attempted to turn the music down.
In order to do so, he asked one of the gentleman if they would be so kind to HOLD HIS BEER because it was difficult turning down the music with just one free hand.
The wardens decided to perform a field sobriety test to confirm their suspicions of drunk driving, and the driver proceeded to stumble out of the car, further confirming their thoughts.
According to the Beaumont Enterprise, the police were called and the man was eventually arrested.
