The Texas Attorney General is facing yet another lawsuit, this time he's being sued by constituents who he blocked on the social media platform Twitter.
At least nine Texans are suing AG Ken Paxton claiming he violated their First Amendment rights when he blocked them on twitter after they criticized him or his politics.
Those who are blocked want a judge to order Paxton to unblock them.
The ACLU of Texas, which is representing the plaintiffs, says it's just another example of the Attorney General violating Texan's civil rights by trying to supress free speech.
Paxton has not responded to the lawsuit.
He's not the first Texas lawmaker to be sued for blocking someone on social media. Last year, Sen. John Cornyn was sued by a man who said he had blocked him on Twitter for expressing his views.
Cornyn later unblocked the man and saying he block him inadvertently.
