Kansas City, MO – With his second touchdown pass in Week 16's matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Patrick Mahomes became the all-time leader in touchdown passes at Arrowhead Stadium.
Mahomes -- who is wrapping up his fourth season as the starting quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs -- connected with Mecole Hardman for the record-setting touchdown pass in the second quarter. The eight-yard toss was Mahomes' 63rd career touchdown pass at Arrowhead Stadium, allowing him to pass Trent Green:
What's especially noteworthy here is that Mahomes actually has 83 career touchdown passes in road games, so he's been even better away from a stadium that provides one of the best home-field advantages in the NFL.
In total, Mahomes, still just 26, already has 146 career touchdown passes.
