DISCOVER MAGIC IN EVERY DROP THROUGH 102.7 THE BEACH

For the Magic in every drop contest, enter weekdays between 06:00 am (ET) and 10:00 am (ET) from October 20, 2025 through October 24, 2025, by being the designated caller (as announced by the on-air personality prior to the cue to call) on the Station contest line at (800) 924-1027, upon hearing the cue to call through an on-air announcement. The specified caller will receive, upon verification of eligibility, four (4) 1-Day Water Park Tickets, each ticket with an expiration date of 11/21/2026.

1. Each Ticket currently provides admission to Park for 1 day.

2. Each Ticket has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Seventy-Eight and 81/100 dollars(US$78.81) including tax.

• Each Ticket must be used between 10/20/2025 and 11/21/2026. If tickets are not used by this date, the Ticket will be forfeited without compensation of any kind.

• Disney reserves the right to change the allowable dates, the Ticket use period, or any other component of the Prize Package, for any reason and in its sole discretion.

• Each ticket is nontransferable and valid only during specific event dates and hours. Prize Package winner must guard Ticket against loss, theft or damage.

• Certain theme parks, water park, resorts, restaurants and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure. Theme Park and water park admission and offerings are not guaranteed.

• In the event the Prize Package winner and/or his/her/their guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Disney in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Disney’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at

the time of the Prize Package, Disney reserves the right to terminate the Prize Package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or guest(s) home with no further compensation. The winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the group.

• Tickets are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Disney.

• Disney, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries,

demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize,

the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the Prize Package and/or the Promotion.

• Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Package winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at six hundred and 00/100 dollars($600.00) or more.

• Officers, directors, and employees (and members of their household or immediate family, i.e., parents, children, spouse, siblings, grandparents, the “steps” of each and persons residing in such immediate family members' household) of Promoter, Disney, their respective parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies, their advertising, promotion and web design agencies, all other entities involved in the creation,

administration, or fulfillment of the Promotion and their respective successors and assigns are not eligible to enter or win. Otherwise, WQAM General Contest Rules apply and can be found HERE.

Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires the winner(s) (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to login into an existing user account or to sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address. THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST CANNOT BE REDEEMED OR USED BY ANY MEANS OTHER THAN THE DESIGNATED THIRD-PARTY MOBILE TICKETING APP FOR THIS PRIZE. INDIVIDUALS WHO DO NOT HAVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS, ACCESS TO AN APP-ENABLED MOBILE DEVICE, AND/OR DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE FOREGOING REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REDEEM OR USE THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST SHOULD THEY BE SELECTED AND VERIFIED AS A WINNER, WILL NOT RECEIVE A SUBSTITUTE PRIZE, AND SHOULD NOT ENTER THIS CONTEST.

The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety, and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government-mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders.  The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.
