Update at 10:40 p.m. ET - The Chiefs have released an official statement, and it appears that the 63-year-old head coach is going to be OK:
Original Story
While it appears he'll be alright, James Palmer of NFL Media reports that Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid left Arrowhead Stadium in an ambulance after Sunday's loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.

The news apparently caught Chiefs players by surprise:
Audacy Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora added that Reid was dehydrated, further making you believe that he's not dealing with a major health emergency:
Reid's Chiefs -- who have won two consecutive AFC titles -- fell to 1-2 with a loss to the division-rival Chargers Sunday, with Justin Herbert throwing the game-winning touchdown to Mike Williams with 32 seconds left in the game. That touchdown drive was made possible by Patrick Mahomes' second interception of the game.
We'll have more updates on the status of Reid as it becomes available.
