Howdy, 

We’re Frito & Katy!

We're just a couple dorks who became best friends and started a radio show in the great state of Texas. We were in College Station for about a decade before moving to San Antonio where we'd been doing mornings for the last few years. 

One of us has 2 babies and the other has 15 (...cats count, right?).

One of us loves wrestling and the other is an adult.

One of us loves shoes and the other loves Crocs.

One of us runs half-marathons and the other is only half-impressed... 

In the 14 years we've been together as a team, we've coached, volunteered, and served on the board for a variety of different groups and non-profits like Special Olympics Texas, The 100 Club, San Antonio Pets Alive, Lemonade Day, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Salvation Army, San Antonio Food Bank, the Thin Blue Line, and more.

We love serving you and our community both on and off the air. 

We've been fortunate to have had our efforts recognized by the broadcast industry with Marconi Radio Awards, Crystal Radio Awards, Bonner McLane Awards, and a Service to America Award, but our biggest honor to date is one we're still celebrating - winning the CMA Award for Major Market Broadcast Personalities of the Year from the Country Music Association for 2024.
