BMitch & Finlay had an interesting conversation with Mitch Tischler Tuesday where the guys joked about Jake Fromm starting against Dallas and ended with Brian explaining why he thinks Jacoby Brissett wasn't really injured last week.
And whatever comes of it all, Tischler's joke about Fromm had a point: there's no reason for the Commanders to have a 'last stand' to finish the Rivera era and win this game, like they did last Week 18, because the No. 2 overall pick is way too valuable a carrot to lose.
Here's the other rub: a loss Sunday would be Washington's ninth in a row, setting a new franchise record after they tied the old one Sunday. That would be an ignominious end to the Rivera era for sure, albeit a fitting one so here's the question: do you actually want Washington to win Sunday?
