The Washington Commanders announced a new one-year deal for center Tyler Larsen, along with a series of other roster moves on Thursday.
Larsen, 31, rejoins the Commanders after spending the past two seasons in Washington, where he's played in 18 games with 11 starts. Per 106.7 The Fan's JP Finlay, Larsen is set to make $150K in guarantees on his new deal.
The Commanders also extended a qualifying offer to restricted free agent Jeremy Reaves, who is coming off of his first Pro Bowl selection and First Team All-Pro honors in 2022. Washington can now match any offer that's extended to the special teamer by another team.
Additionally, Washington released running back J.D. McKissic, who played in just eight games for the Commanders last season due to injuries. McKissic logged 268 total yards from scrimmage and no touchdowns in 2022 after signing a two-year, $7 million deal to remain with the team last offseason.
