Ben Volin told the Junkies Tuesday morning that he thinks Adam Peters’ proclivity will be to hire a ‘young, offensive head coach’ – so even though the Commanders will interview Dan Quinn Thursday, it seems off that vibe that Ben Johnson or Texans OC Bobby Slowik could be leaders in the clubhouse.
One has turned Detroit’s offense into a juggernaut and has more of a track record, while the other worked with Peters in San Francisco (Slowik was an assistant for six years in San Fran) and took a team with a rookie QB to a division title and the Divisional Round at least – but which one is the better fit for the Commanders?
