It’s going to be a packed offseason for the Commanders, who, over the next four months, will hire a new GM and head coach, figure out what to do with the No. 2 pick and all their others in the NFL Draft, and go into free agency looking to rebuild a team from maybe near scratch with $70 million in cap space.
