Seeler's contract runs through the 2021-'21 season with a $725,000 average annual value.
Seeler, 26, didn't record a point in six games for the Wild earlier this season. He has appeared in 99 career games, including 71 a season ago. The Wild selected Seeler in the fifth round of the 2011 draft.
