Josh Harris – starting at the end of this upcoming weekend – will be presented with a very unique opportunity. An opportunity he (hopefully for Washington football fans' sake) will only need to do once: Totally re-shape the Commanders' organization from top to bottom with entirely new personnel and an entirely new personnel structure after two decades of failure from previous owner Dan Snyder.
Lynnell Willingham and Craig Hoffman took some time to dive right into what they think Harris' new ownership group and the Commanders should address in regards to the team's organizational structure this offseason. “I think the most important thing in all of this is, number one, finding the best evaluator of talent as possible," Willingham said.
