This was a TikTok find! I've tried recipes from TikTok before that haven't panned out so I was a little suspicious of this one but it turned out great! You can watch the original video from the creator, NishaCares, that has gone viral, and for good reason...the recipe works! What I love about this recipe is itas a canvas recipe - you can turn this into whatever you want. Pick your toppings and pick your fillings, and have at it!

Rhodes dinner rolls (thawed)
Cream Cheese
Topping of choice (Everything But the Bagel, Cinnamon Sugar, etc..)

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees and let the Rhodes rolls thaw in a greased muffin tin (one roll per muffin holder) until you can work with the dough. Spread each roll into a flat circle and place your desired amount of cream cheese in the middle (give or take a tbsp). Fold and seal the dough around the cream cheese making sure there are no cracks in the dough the cream cheese to spill out. Roll the sealed dough into a ball and place in the re-greased muffin tin. Once they're all filled and rolled, brush your egg wash over the top of all the bagel balls. Sprinkle your desired topping on each of the balls and place in the over for 20-30 minutes. You want to keep your eye on them and look for them to get golden brown before pulling out. Let cool a little so the cream cheese doesn't burn your tongue and serve!
