I'm not going to lie, I picked this recipe because I was in a hurry and it looked the easiest. But also, sometimes that is exactly what we need, fast and easy. I was able to whip this together and get in the oven in about 5 minutes. This recipe was from my grandmother and I don't remember ever having it at her house, but she would never write down a bad recipe. It gives you that corn flavor with out just being a can of corn. Now, next time I make it I'll probably add a little cheese but I love cheese. It's a great side dish for a potluck or a barbecue becuase its quick to make and then it just cooks giving you time to focus on other things. Thanks, Grandma! Can't wait to make it this summer!
