Liz's Kitchen: Crispy Air Fryer Whole Chicken recipe

We called this Kathy chicken growing up. We would buy the chickens and she would make them either on the grill or in the oven (in a paper bag!). It's so juicy and the skin is to die for!!! That's the big secret - the seasoning! Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up! Now, I'm too scared to put a paper bag in the oven and the grill just isn't always easy so one day I looked at the air fryer and I said "Let's do this!" This recipe is SOOO easy. Three ingredients.

Ingredients
Small Whole Chicken
Olive Oil
Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up Seasoning

Instructions
Take the chicken and pat it dry. Then take the oil and rub it all over the chicken, same with the seasoning. Use the seasoning liberally and make sure all of the chicken is covered.

Pre-heat the air fryer at 365 for at least five minutes. Then, set the chicken breast down and cook for 30 minutes. Next, flip the chicken and cook for 30 more minutes or until the internal temp is 165.

Let chicken sit for 5 minutes before carving. ENJOY!
