I should do a "bubble up" series because this casserole is so versatile. You can literally do any type of bubble-up casserole - sloppy joe, cheeseburger, buffalo chicken, the list goes on and on. Today though, we're doing french onion. It's easy to make, filling, and so delicious!

Ingredients
2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
1 can (10.75oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup sour cream French Onion Dip
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (12oz) refrigerated Grands biscuits
1/4 cup French Fried Onions

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. And start your mise en
place.
Cooking hack for this part – grab a cooked rotisserie chicken from the store and save a whole bunch of time. Cut the chicken into similar medium to small pieces (as much as you can).
Next, take your biscuits and cut them each into 8 pieces.
Combine chicken, biscuits, soup, dip, and cheese. Make sure they’re mixed well. Place them in a greased 9×13 and sprinkle the french fried onions on top.
Cook for 35 minutes at 350, making sure the biscuits are fully cooked.
Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
