Have you ever has something you loved so much at a restaurant that you had to try a replicate it home? That is THIS recipe for me. Mulberry's used to have something super similar to this on their menu and it became one of my favorites because it packed with different flavors and texture while still eating light. Now, you can make it with the large slice of break but I like to use a baguette and make a smaller bite sizer version for the perfect patio appetizer.

Ingredients
Crusty bread - large loaf or Baguette
Goat Cheese (I use the one with honey)
Fig Jam
Prosciutto
Arugula
Grapes
Olive Oil

Instructions
Slice your bread and toast you lightly. While it's toasting slice your grapes in half and toss your arugula in just a touch of Olive Oil so it is lightly coated.
You're going to layer your toast with the following:
Goat Cheese
Fig Jame
Slice of Prosciutto
Pile of Arugula
Grapes

It's so simple and yet so packed with flavor. I find I like using the baguette more than the bigger piece of bread - it's easier to eat because it becomes handheld and bite size. ENJOY!
