Grandma George is giving us another great recipe out of her cookbook. This one is about as WNY as you can get, and by that I mean simple and tasty food. It's one of those that tastes better than it looks.

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 ½ cups chopped onion
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 ½ cups milk
¾ cup Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar or processed American cheese

Instructions
Heat oven to 400. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 ½ inches. Brown beef and onion, drain. Stir in salt and pepper, and spread onto plate. Beat milk, baking mix, and eggs un til smooth, 15 seconds in a blender on high or 1 minute with a hand beater. Pour into the plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 5 to 8 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. 6 to 8 servings.
