I LOVE a good pasta salad. Pasta is always a good vessel for anything but something about it in salad form just hits different. What I love about a pasta salad is there is no one way you have to make it. I don't like raw tomatoes and olives, so I leave those out. BUT you can throw in or leave out anything that you want! Your traditional pasta salad has the Italian dressing or some sort of vinaigrette-based dressing. However, my favorite pasta salad is a ranch-based dressing and it is delicious! I hope you love this as much as I do - we just had it when we were in the ADK while camping and I looked forward to it ALL week!

Ingredients
1 lb bowtie pasta
3 bell peppers, the colors of your choosing, diced
2 heads of broccoli, chopped
1 package bacon, diced and cooked
1 block Colby Jack cheese, cubed
1 cup Buttermilk Ranch dressing
1 cup mayo
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp orgeano

Instructions
Boil your pasta, cook your bacon and dice up your veggies and cheese. Make sure to let your pasta cool before mixing everything together. In a separate bowl mix your ranch, mayo garlic and oregano together until well mixed. You can adjust the flavors of the dressing how you see fit...sometimes it needs a little more of this or that.
Mix everything together in a bowl and enjoy! I prefer to make it the night before and let everything marinate but its also delicious fresh too!
