This has become a favorite amongst my friends. It’s simple and it’s tasty, and that's really all you need in a meal. It's all the favorites of a taco wrapped up in the pillow-i-ness of a crescent roll! This will probably end up on your weekly menu soon! You can get creative on what else you can put in the ring - pizza, cheeseburger, sloppy joe…the options are limitless.

Ingredients
1.5 -2 lbs of ground beef
Taco Seasoning Packet
2 cups (8 oz) of shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese
2-4 tbsp of water
Favorite Taco Toppings

Instructions
1)Take your ground beef and cook until the pink is gone in a pan or skillet and remove from heat.
2)While your ground beef is cooking take a round pizza pan and start assembling the ring. Use a cup or round dish to help keep the ring round and place the pieces of the crescent roll around the ring overlapping each other with the pointed end out.
3)Take the drained ground beef, taco seasoning packet, 1.5 cups of cheese, and 2 tbsp of water and mix them all together in a large bowl. You want the mixture to be wet, not watery.
4)Take the mixture and place it around the ring of crescent rolls, making sure to keep it close to the center of the ring and even all the way around.
5)Then fold over the pointed end, making sure to cover all the beef mixture. You can use an egg wash or you can use a little water to brush over the taco ring to help keep the pastry from getting too dark/burnt.
6)Place in a preheated 375-degree oven for about 25-30 until the taco ring gets golden brown.
7)Pull out of the oven and let cool for a few minutes and then cut the ring into the desired portions. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
