I'm so excited about this recipe and it's for a few reasons. ONE - it's our first listener-submitted recipe! Jody Urschel-Oun reached out to me on Facebook and said she thought this would make a great Liz's Kitchen and she was right! TWO - this recipe is so simple and it makes an easy grab-and-go treat for the summer!
It's a chocolate peanut butter pudding mixture placed between two graham crackers and frozen. So simple and just dynamite flavors that will crave your sweet tooth and help cool you down on a hot summer day. Jody said she grew up in Texas and her mom would make these and keep them in the freezer for them to enjoy, and that's a perfect idea for our summers too! I hope you enjoy this treat as much as I did. AND thanks to Jody for sharing it, the best recipes are the ones shared by family and friends!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 package of instant chocolate pudding (4 serving size)
Graham crackers

Instructions
Add milk to peanut butter & mix well. Add pudding & mix well again.
Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
Then spread the mixture onto half of a graham cracker & top with the other cracker.
Place them in a freezer-safe container (wax paper between layers) & freeze for at least 3 hours.
