This casserole always reminds me of Christmas, because at every big family gathering, this is what we would have for breakfast. And it makes sense because this is super easy to make and super delicious. You make it the night before and when you wake up in the morning you just pop it in the oven and that's it! Less stress and more time to do other things! Hope you enjoy and much as we do.

Ingredients/Instructions
Layer
13x9 pan sprayed with Pam
2 cups seasoned or lightly seasoned croutons (it's one bag)
2 cups shredded cheese
2 lbs bulk sausage, browned and drained

Beat
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp dry mustard
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

Pour mixture over layers evenly. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake covered in foil at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove foil for lat 15 minutes of baking. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
