Liz's Kitchen: Mom's Potato Salad recipe

It may say Mom's Potato Salad but it's really my grandma's. My grandfather would always call her mom, not in a weird way but like mom's and dads do. I just thought it was appropriate to lave the recipe as it was named. So my grandma always made this pasta salad that my cousins loved, they would always say "it's about the ratios and no one does it like grandma." When I found this recipe it looked shockingly similar to that recipe. I was hesitant at first because there's no celery or onion or egg, but I knew for some reason she wouldn't steer me wrong. The flavor is incredible an it will not disappoint. Now, next time I might ass some celery to give it a little crunch but there is no need for flavor adjustment. This is will make the perfect addition to any cookout, picnic or summer dinner! Hope you enjoy :)
