I had this one Christmas in North Carolina when my sister said we had to try this salsa her friend made all them time. It caught my attention becuase upfront it was a sweet salsa, but once you gave it a minute if finished and lingered with this heat... it was addictive. She shared the recipe with me and said there are other variations of this type of salsa and that sometimes when she makes it people call it "Texas Caviar." Either way, it super easy to make and super tasty. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
2 cans black eyed peas, drained
2 cans white corn (shoepeg), drained
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup (bottle) Tiger Sauce

Mix together and refrigerate for best results. This makes A LOT so feel free to cut the recipe in half. ENJOY!
