This week on Spotlight On Maryland, Gina Crash spoke with Anne Mannix Brown, Sr. Director of Communications at the Baltimore Museum of Art, (BMA), about their current exhibits like Joan Mitchell running through August 14th and their acclaimed Guarding the Art exhibit that was featured on the "Kelly Clarkson Show" on Tuesday, June 7, 2022.
Guarding the Art was curated entirely by 17 current and former members of the museum's security team. The groundbreaking exhibit runs through July 10th. Anne talked about this as well as other happenings at the BMA including the return of Art After Hours on Friday, June 17th and the BMA's popular Jazz in the Sculpture Garden returning June 10th, July 24th and August 13th after a 2-year hiatus.
