This week on Spotlight On Maryland, Gina Crash spoke with Baltimore Hunger Project, (BHP), Founder Lynne Kahn about how BHP is leading the fight to end childhood hunger by feeding bodies and minds and talked about Lynne's recent appearance on the "Kelly Clarkson Show" during Kelly's "Good Neighbor" segment on January 6, 2022.

What started in 2014 in Lynne's garage has grown to support 24 schools and counting in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. BHP remains very much a small but mighty non-profit fueled by many volunteers and Lynne's determination to give everything back to the organization and its mission of consistently providing weekend food packages to children identified as food insecure in a compassionate and dignified manner.
