This week on Spotlight On Maryland, Gina Crash spoke with Marissa Jachman, Executive Director of the Erin Levitas Foundation, (ELF), about their 3rd Annual Stroll & Roll to support sexual assault prevention through early education. Due to weather, the fundraiser is now scheduled for Saturday, June 25th at Camden Yards and M & T Bank Stadium starting at 9am. Gina Crash will be the emcee at the event.
The Erin Levitas Foundation is a Baltimore-based non-profit organization dedicated to ending sexual assault. Through programs at the University of Maryland King Carey School of Law that serve two Baltimore City middle schools, additional programs offering virtual resources and now a children's book, "Everybody Talk," co-authored by Marissa Jachman and Matthew Mittleman, ELF is reaching families throughout the country and providing education to prevent sexual assault.
Online registration is available at strollandroll.info. For more information about the Stroll & Roll and the Erin Levitas Foundation, visit erinlevitas.org. You can also find ELF on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
