This week on Spotlight On Maryland, Gina Crash caught up with Tiffany Majors, President & CEO of the Greater Baltimore Urban League, (GBUL). They spoke about how GBUL celebrated Black History Month, is celebrating Women's History Month and International Women's Day today, how they were involved in the planning and celebration of the 2022 CIAA Men's and Women's Basketball Tournament that was held in Baltimore February, 22nd-26th. The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association, (CIAA), is the nation's oldest historically Black athletic conference.

They also talked about GBUL's Workforce Development Resource Clinic sponsored by Truist & Downtown Partnership March 9, 2022 from 10am-2pm, their Raymond V. Haysbert Center For Entrepreneurship Black Business Spotlight that offers free promotion for Black businesses on GBUL social media, and how GBUL continues to promote voter registration and COVID 19 awareness and resources to the community.
