This week Gina Crash was joined in studio by Major DeeAnn Glick, Samantha Bowman, Volunteer & Events Coordinator, and Amy Middleton, Major Gifts Manager, all from the Salvation Army of Central Maryland, to talk about their mission & programs including feeding, Angel Tree, Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs, Anti-Human Trafficking, and Bundle Up Baltimore going on now thru January 13th with Today's 101.9 and Zips Cleaners.
Major Glick, Amy and Samantha talked about their different paths to service at the Salvation Army of Central Maryland and talked about their successful Angel Tree Program over the holidays and shared some exciting news about an upcoming expansion of their Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs as well as their upcoming "Walk in my Boots" community outreach program with Toyota.
Now thru January 13th, the Salvation Army of Central Maryland will have collection bins set up at Zips Cleaners locations listed here. Visit any one of the locations during business hours and place, in the specially marked Salvation Army of Central Maryland bin, your donation of coats, hats, gloves, blankets or any article of clothing that will keep people warm!
