The former boyfriend of late actress Hayden Panettiere and his brother were detained following a reported assault at a Greenville restaurant, over the weekend. The Greenville Police Department responded to Wild Wing Cafe on Woodruff Road shortly after 9 PM, Saturday.
Several people were detained at the scene, including brothers Brian and Zachary Hickerson. Brian Hickerson was Panettiere’s former boyfriend. Investigators say, Zachary Hickerson was 'highly intoxicated.'
He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and taken to the Greenville County Detention Center, but has since bonded out.
Brian Hickerson was released without being charged.
Gossip Outlet TMZ, published video of the incident and reports that Hickerson was allegedly heckled about Panettiere’s death before the fight broke out.
