A U.S. Congressman from Western North Carolina is now under investigation after allegations of inappropriate conduct. The House Ethics Committee announced that an investigation has been launched into Representative Chuck Edwards. He's accused of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment.
The inquiry comes after a report from Axios that claimed that three sources told Axios they saw inappropriate conduct from Edwards towards female staffers. Axios did not identify the sources, as they came forward under the condition of anonymity.
Edwards says he will cooperate fully with the investigaton.
