An early Friday morning shooting in the Upstate left one person hospitalized. Greenville County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a shooting at a home on Parnell Drive in Simpsonville, around 2AM Friday.
Upon arrival, deputies found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. Investigators determined, the victim was shot following an argument. He was taken to a hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
As of the time of this report, no arrests have been reported and the investigation continues.
