A North GA man is in custody on charges in connection to a network that was reportedly distributing child sex abuse material as far away as Pennsylvania and Ohio.
The Stephens County Sheriff's Office says 59 year old, Jimmie Dominici Jr. was arrested on three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and bestaility. The Sheriff's Office was contacted by the FBI after it was discovered Dominici was living in Stephens County.
During an arrest in Pennsylvania the FBI regarding a case in which messages were found between Dominici and a suspect there containing child sexual abuse material. The videos contained images of children in ages ranging infants to 8 years old.
