A North Georgia man is facing charges after shots were fired there following a road rage incident, earlier this week. The Stephens County Sheriff's Office responded to shots fired near Foxglove Road in Toccoa, Monday.

When deputies arrived they spoke with a man identified as 23 year old, Skyler Hulet. He told them that a man fired shots from his vehicle towards Hulett's home. Investigators say surveillance video and witness interviews determined that Hulett actually fired the shots.

The incident started as a road rage issue, once Hulett arrived at his house he grabbed a gun and fired into the ground multiple times. He also allegedly pointed the gun at the man, as well.
