A now former Upstate police officer is now facing charges. SLED says former Cowpens Police Officer 26 year old, Randy Lee Moss Jr. is charged with breach of trust with fraudulent intent.
The charges came after Moss allegedly used the fuel card intended for his patrol vehicle to gas up his personal vehicle. That reportedly happened on five separate occasions between late May and early July of this year.
A SLED investigation was requested by the Cowpens Police Department.
