A chase with a stolen vehicle in the Upstate last week has led to a list of charges against the suspect. The Easley Police Department says, they spotted Tracy Bryan Shirah in a stolen vehicle last week.
During an attempted traffic stop, Shirah led officers on a chase. The Pickens County Sheriff's Office was called in to assist when the chase went outside the Easley jurisdiction. Shirah reportedly tried to deliberately hit multiple patrol vehicles. Stop sticks were deployed which brought the chase to an end.
Shirah was then arrested. He's charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, failure to stop for blue lights, resisting arrest with a deadly weapon and multiple traffic violations.
