The driver of a Hyundai who tried to evade law enforcement after a crash in Greenville County, July 4th has been denied bond. The Highway Patrol says, James Noah Moffit was driving a Hyundai sedan that struck an F-150 on Lily Street. The driver of the truck was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
Moffitt is being held without bond at the Greenville County Detention Center charged with felony DUI resulting in death, failure to stop resulting in death, marijuana possession, transporting alcohol with a broken seal.
