A suspect in an Upstate bank robbery is now behind bars. Daniel Brandon Cooner is facing charges after a bank robbery in Mauldin, Friday. Mauldin Police Officers responded just before 11 AM to a robbery at a bank on East Butler Road.
Investigators say, the suspect ran to a nearby apartment complex, where he was tracked down by K-9 Ryker and handler Corporal D. Fazio and taken into custody. Less than an hour later the Mauldin Police Department had the suspect in custody.
Cooner is being held at the Greenville County jail.
