The teenager responsible for the accidental shooting that left another teen dead, Thursday has been charged with involuntary manslaughter. As we previously reported, a 15 year old boy died at a hospital after he was shot in the head near Walhalla, around 8:30AM.
The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says the 15 year old responsible for the shooting has now been arrested. Investigators say, that while the shooting was accidental, the teen was negligent in how he handled the gun
. He has been referred to the Department Of Juvenile Justice in Columbia. The Oconee County Coroner's office says they plan to release the identity of the victim, Friday.
