Two Western North Carolina man are facing charges in connection to a child sex crime investigation. The Henderson County Sheriff's Office says, 66 year old Shane Wesley Penley and 61 year old, Timothy Don Arnold were both arrested on Tuesday.
Both men are charged with multiple counts of 2nd and 3rd degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Investigators say he distributed multiple files depicting child sexual abuse, with the victims ranging from infants to 11 year old children.
