An Upstate man is facing child sex crime charges in the Western North Carolina mountains. The McDowell County Sheriff's Office says 66 year old, Michael Hiawatha Webb of Spartanburg was arrested there, earlier this month.
He was taken into custody after allegedly inappropriately touching a child. Webb is charged with three counts of a statutory sex offense and indecent acts with a child.
